In 1980 he joined the Joaquín Blume residence for high-level athletes in Madrid, where he combined training with INEF studies (Institute of Physical Education and Sports). During those years he had the privilege of participating in all international competitions (JJOO, European Championships, World Championships, Latin American Championships, Mediterranean Games, etc.) and earned the title of Champion of Spain in 800 and 1,500 meters. At the end of his sporting life, he began to work in companies of Advertising and Marketing. He studied a Master in Business Management and Marketing (MBMM) at the Business School and many other training courses. What most appealed to him at that time were the promotional marketing, direct marketing and loyalty world. In 1998 he and his partner Miguel Yacobi founded ThinkSmart, company where he has developed his entire career since then, turning every effort. Now his focus and his biggest challenge is being on the cutting edge of technology and ThinkSmart’s expansion in the USA. Andres is married with four children, besides to his family, his hobby remains the sport, his friends and cook paella on Sundays with the traditional recipe his mother taught him, as always has been done at his home in Castellón. |

Founder and CEO, Miguel has spent almost his entire career directing ThinkSmart and businesses that have been part of the group. After spending several years in London studying economics at UCL (University College London), he returned to Madrid in 1990 to pursue a Master of International Trade at ICADE. He was later selected simultaneously by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and the ICEX to participate in the Scholarship Program for International Trade preferring the proposal of the ICEX in the Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela. In early 1993, he returned to Madrid to work for Investment Insurance International, a British company specializing in insurance for International Project Finance. In 1995 he founded Staff Control, later renamed Smart Control, which was the first Spanish company specializing in Mystery Shopping. Over the next 3 years he participated in the foundation of many business initiatives always connected with Smart Control and the Marketing world, including Smart Ideas & Marketing, Think for Food Design & Production, and finally ThinkSmart in 1998, the company under which were grouped all the firms in a merger in 2000. Miguel has been the founder of IMSA, International Mystery Shopping Alliance, founder and President of IMA Europe, the European Chapter of the Incentive Marketing Association of the USA. With ThinkSmart he has received several international awards and honors, such as IMA´s Circle of Excellence for the best channel incentive program in two occasions, and Estrategias Magazine Award 2011 for the best Incentives and Motivation Company. Currently his primary focus is the company’s international expansion, operating programs in USA, Peru, Colombia, Chile, and with the aim of establishing a subsidiary in USA for 2012. Miguel is married with four children, is a big fan of technology, alpine skiing and loves spending the weekend in the countryside with his family. |

In addition to its performance in companies, Sandro has always maintained an interest in the business world and has participated as an entrepreneur in various projects such as Principia Tech Group business in which he is a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors. In 2006 he had the opportunity to work in ThinkSmart’s draft, where he currently is the Chief Operations Officer (COO), a role that includes the Financial, Purchasing, Human Resources and Field Work. Currently the main focus is to provide controlling and stability for growth. Sandro is married and has two children; his main hobbies are swimming, the countryside and wine. |

After finishing his studies of Computer Science, he performs the final year project on automation of industrial extraction plants for the department of chemical engineering, food technology and environmental technology of the UCA. His research on “Automated pilot plant for supercritical fluid processes”was published and patented by the UCA set in a European collaborative project PETRI. Manuel began his career as a consultant and project manager for the BIC (Business Innovation Centre) of the Junta de Castilla y León working with database systems of corporate disclosure. It also developed REDPYME (Business Information System) for the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Communications of the Junta de Castilla y León. Subsequently, specialized in the analysis and design of information systems with databases, worked as Project Manager of Information Systems for Telecommunications Atento, Spain. A Field Marketing Iberia Group A, leading company in the field marketing and promotional marketing for clients, Manuel joins as Director of Technology for the design and implementation of systems that give added value to the recruitment campaigns and loyalty of its customers. Finally, he joined the team as Chief Technology ThinkSmart where he has developed throughout his work in two key areas: the creation and implementation of the newest tool Motivate4One and adaptation of technological solutions to customer needs related to data integration and reporting. In 2010 became associate director. Married with three children, Manuel enjoys taking apart and fixing any electronic machine that falls into his hands, he is a real ‘handyman’. He doesn’t miss a single documentary of history, research or engineering and experiment with any recipe he finds. |
